2025-2026 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Our annual enrollment process begins for current students and their siblings at 7:00am on January 15th, 2025. A non-refundable fee of $175 will be due upon class placement.


Open enrollment for new families begins at 7:00am on January 21st, 2025.*

For new families, a non-refundable fee of $175 per child along with last month (May 2026) tuition will be due upon class placement.


Note: Tuition for our TK program will be collected on an adjusted schedule with all tuition collected prior to the start of the school year. Please contact the office for more information.


If spaces in your requested class(es) are full, you will be notified and added to the waitlist with no financial obligation. Should spots become available during the school year, we contact applicants on our waitlist.


*Please note, any application submitted before 7:00am will not be accepted.

Prospective Family Tours

New families are encouraged to tour the preschool during school hours prior to registration. Classrooms are open for observation, and teachers are accessible for questions. We want you to see what we love about Tot Time Preschool!

To schedule a tour in January please use the signup link on our homepage. Otherwise, contact Sandy Pierce at spierce@tottime.org for tour availablity outside of January. 

Notification

Once you have registered, you can expect to receive a notification within 1 week. If spaces in your requested class(es) are full, you will be added to the waitlist with no financial commitment.

CLASS & TUITION INFORMATION 2025-2026

Classes begin September 3, 2024. All classes are from 9:15am to 1:00pm.

Children are asked to bring a snack, water bottle, and lunch each school day.

Each class has a dedicated lead and assistant teacher.

Pre-K 4 years old on/before August 31st, 2025 4 (MTWTh) 2:14 $430/month
TK** 5 years old on/before August 31st, 2025 5 (M-F) 2:14 $560/month

*Must be potty trained

**Availability of TK class in 2025-2026 is pending based on registration enrollment.

Tot Time gladly accepts children with special needs as long as the needs of the child and their family can be met and do not interfere with the needs of other children in the classroom. Children who receive outside services such as speech, occupational, or other therapies may arrange for those services to be given on site. Please request a meeting with the Director to discuss and approve these services prior to acceptance.
